I’m a UX Designer with 10 years of experience, currently living in Vancouver, Canada.

I currently collaborate with Rakuten Super Point Screen, a point-reward service that offers users multiple ways to earn points—from engaging with product content and participating in cross-service campaigns to simple 'tap-to-collect' discovery features.

Case Study: Onboarding Redesign

Before joining Rakuten Kobo, I spent six years living in Japan and working within the broader Rakuten Group.

My role was in the company's innovation department, where I focused on researching and incubating new services. This work included involvement in several projects related to AI and e-commerce.

I contributed to the development of Rakuten Wallet, a cryptocurrency exchange platform. Aside the standard fiat currency and other cryptocurrencies, this platform leverage the Rakuten point-reward system.
